EFINOR Limited has become the latest member of the South West Nuclear Hub Innovation Network.
EFINOR group is a French company made up of a combination of three business units: Engineering, Manufacturing and Support, all involved in metal working and design. The UK subsidiary is EFINOR Limited, a privately owned business part of EFINOR Group, which was established in Bristol in 2017.
EFINOR Limited is engaged in the Hinkley Point C project where they are currently delivering stainless steel pools, tanks and sumps as well as the Main Control Room fit out whilst maintaining safety at the forefront. From equipment products (tanks, skids, rack, etc.) to more complex systems (waste handling equipment, glove boxes), they are able to address the full life cycle of nuclear, defence and energy projects.
Anthony Prod’Homme, Engineering & Projects Business Unit Group Director and Managing Director of EFINOR Ltd, said:
"The start-up of EFINOR Limited in 2017 and our subsequent growth in UK in the last 3 years, creating 60+ local jobs and spending more than £2.5M in 2020 with our UK supply chain, validate the bold strategy of Efinor Group to localise itself close-by our customers in Bristol.
We are now going to write a new page to our story in the South West of England with the opening of our Manufacturing and Technology Centre in Avonmouth in 2021. This new addition to our UK business will contribute to secure the delivery of our customers’ projects and enable us to propose new services locally and foster innovation in our core business.”
