Instrumentation for World Leading Service

This meeting is a step into presenting the most advanced instrumentation and technologies developed at three large research and education science centres and facilities in the Oxfordshire area: UKAEA, STFC and Oxford University under the umbrella of Instrument Science and Technology Group of Institute of Physics A day dedicated to graduates, early career scientists, and anyone wanting to know more about instrumentation for world leading science, from state-of-the-art particle accelerators to extreme robotics, from nuclear fusion to ancient scrolls.

The young graduates and post-grad will have the opportunity to present their work (new or from past conferences) in a free poster session over lunchtime and make valuable connections with other colleagues from across UK. At the end of the talks will be a tour of JET: EUROfusion's flagship nuclear fusion device and the largest and most successful fusion experiment in the world.
