The University of Bristol will host the annual Nuclear Frontiers conference in January 2019, proudly sponsored by the South West Nuclear Hub, EDF Energy and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
Join scientists and engineers that are delivering research and development for decommissioning and waste management in the UK and abroad. Our annual showcase for R&D is attended by a broad range of delegates, including senior figures within the UK civil nuclear industry. Learn about the mission, build contacts, collaborate on ideas, and challenge the status quo. Topics covered include site remediation and decommissioning; characterisation, treatment, packaging, conditioning and disposal, waste management and storage; and land management. Posters from doctoral and post-doctoral researchers are welcome. Read about the 2018 Nuclear Frontiers conference here. Download the Event poster. Register for free tickets on Eventbrite.
