Open to students of South West Nuclear Hub member Universities (detailed in the Registration section), hear about opportunities for undergraduates, postgraduates and researchers across science and engineering disciplin

Nuclear Careers Event 3: Government, decommissioning, research and professional bodies

This third of three careers sessions will showcase a diverse range of organisations involved in research, decommissioning and waste management, as well as the leading professional body for the sector.

They will each present about their early career opportunities, as well as giving insight into working in the nuclear industry.

These events will take place via Zoom webinar. Please register with your university email account so we can verify you are from a South West Nuclear Hub member university.

Postdocs in Nuclear Energy (PiNE) Meeting

The PINE meeting offers a great opportunity for post-doctoral or equivalent level researchers to share and discuss their scientific work, facilitate collaborative endeavours, and learn what else is ongoing in the nuclear research community.

A range of speakers from the nuclear energy sector will give presentations offering career advice and insights into the future of nuclear energy research in the UK.

Attendees are invited to submit an abstract for presenting at PINE2020. The deadline for abstract submission is 20.09.2020.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please e-mail the registration form to pine2020@bangor.ac.uk including the optional abstract if you would like to present at PINE. Please limit the abstract to a maximum of 500 words. Registration is free.

PINE2020 is organized by Nuclear Futures Bangor.
