Earlier this month the SWNH welcomed 13 groups and organisations to the University of Bristol to connect with students from across a range of disciplines and share graduate and career opportunities within the nuclear industry.
Here at the SWNH, we have the opportunity to bring together academic and industrial members of our community to positively impact the future of nuclear skills in the South West. Over 60 unique degrees were represented by attending students, meaning exhibiting employers had access to people studying in seven different subject areas.
With the breadth of roles and skills required within the industry in the coming years, it is increasingly important to reach people from a range of backgrounds and disciplines! The SWNH career event is just one way we are able to support closing the skills gap in the South West and beyond.
